Decoy Development Level 3

Service Description

Demanet Academy Decoy Development Level 3 is an instructor course. Prerequisites are completion of Decoy Development Level 1 and Level 2, along with 5 years of experience as a decoy and a history of at least 6 dogs that the student has had an integral role in developing and achieving an intermediate level sport or working dog certificate such as a French Ring 1 or PSA 1. Documentation of experience and dogs developed will be provided by the student and reviewed by Demanet Academy before registration for this course. The Level 3 course will have a maximum of 2 students, and the students will attend a scheduled Demanet Academy Decoy Development Level 1 course as a student instructor. During the Level 1 course, Level 3 students will be tasked with teaching segments of the Level 1 course and demonstrating proficiency in terminology, and application. Level 3 students will be critiqued on their ability to effectively teach curriculum, communicate, and adapt to student needs and learning styles.
